About Jadwell.
We want you to do well. It’s in our name.
Our women-owned boutique staffing agency is dedicated to helping our employees and clients alike enjoy perfect placements for excellent outcomes.
Our mission is to make it easy for the people we serve to be awesome.
We believe that placement success happens when just the right people are placed in just the right jobs.
Our Methodology is Built Around
5 Core Components:
1.
Qualifications Aligned with Requirements.
Our expertise in staffing security-cleared positions allows us to understand the parameters of each placement quickly. We partner with the client to define positions clearly and work with our candidates to ensure solid matches.
Throughout the process, we stay focused on eliminating ambiguities for best-case outcomes.
2.
A Personal Touch.
Ours is a hands-on process, from the very first time we meet an employee, through placement, onboarding, and beyond. By getting to know all our employees and ensuring they are consistently supported, well-compensated, and incentivized, we enjoy exceptionally low staff turnover rates and repeat business from our clients.
3.
Intelligent Team, Smart Tools.
We use state-of-the-art HR assessment tools and a proprietary method in evaluating our staff. Doing this predictive work in the security-cleared space is complex, and we take pride in being able to accurately place employees in the best positions possible for them to flourish and thrive.
4.
Transparent
and Clear Communication.
The work our employees and clients both do is complex enough; we’re here to make the process as simple and enjoyable as possible. We provide easy, secure online systems for our employees to use for onboarding through to placement, and we are always available to our clients for advice and support.
5.
We Never Stop.
We are 100% committed to the successful outcome of each placement. We are here 24x7 to answer questions and assist in any way.
Meet the Team.
Julie Douglas | President
Our co-founder, President and business manager Julie puts the “J-A-D” in Jadwell. She is devoted to ensuring the employees thrive, and she handles all payroll, HR, benefits, and financials. Julie understands that to make everything work, it starts and ends with organization and being 100% compliant 100% of the time.
Julie grew up in the United Kingdom, and not long after school started working for Hewlett-Packard. Before co-founding Jadwell, she supported COO’s of different Microsoft divisions as a business manager, working in the UK, Australia, and the US on many teams, including Microsoft Xbox, retail stores, advertising, events, and communications. At every stop along the way, she’s worked supporting people in doing their best.
Our resident animal-loving vegetarian, you’ll almost always find Julie at work. But on the rare occasion she’s out of the office, she enjoys traveling the country, hiking, and discovering fun and exciting places both domestically and abroad.
Brian Brockwell | Vice-President
Brian put the “well” in Jadwell! A longtime military vet, Brian founded this specialized staffing agency alongside his wife, Julie. Their goal is to make it easy for everyone they work with — employees and clients alike — to be awesome.
From Brian’s many active years in leadership roles in the Navy, Army Reserves, and the Washington State Army National Guard, he learned the value of treating people with respect and dignifying each person’s role within the organization. Brian sets the tone and leads the charge in being fully committed to employee success.
As a business owner, Brian works tirelessly to be sure employees, clients, and the company thrive. He puts his education from Eastern Washington University and American Military University and his Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Security with an emphasis in Cloud Computing to good use every day.
When Brian does find a little time for himself, he enjoys sports and outdoor activities, especially his most recent obsession, wake-surfing. He also enjoys playing with his rescue dogs and tasting great beer at the small craft brew bar he and Julie co-own with a friend in North Carolina.
